In August of 2019, a jury in Rice County found Alex’s client NOT GUILTY of felony assault with a dangerous weapon, and not guilty of criminal damage to property. The jury did convict the defendant of misdemeanor domestic assault. Alex was able to bring in significant information from the recent past that the “victim” had assaulted his client AND her family on numerous occasions, complete with photos and police reports.
